@fran_sjb @CastleManiaRyan @LimitedRunGames @PNPGames The date that different regions get stock varies, it hits the US first, from there it can take a number of weeks for stock to make its way to Europe or other countries. It is normally not the retailer that controls when they get the stock.

@natalie_thenerd Very true, we actually have been able to source new DS Lite connectors so if you can make them fit they might be more available than others 🤷‍♂️

@ZedLabz of course! Yeah the footprint is slightly different to the DS Lite one. I should measure it though because a big part is making it fit the shell

I'm looking at replacements for the GBA SP battery contacts cause a friend mentioned that they don't exist. And of course, after getting my calipers out, it's a weird pitch that doesn't exist.

@natalie_thenerd It’s close but I believe not the exact same as the DS Lite battery connector, I’m sure you have an old board to compare. If it’s workable maybe you can create a thin flex to adapt its footprint and connect it up to a SP?

The pitch is about 5.5mm, so I'm going to try a 3 pin 2.5mm pitch connector and see how it goes

Hi, sorry to hear of your continued issues, we would not advise you to make a claim with the carrier as that is not possible, you are not able to claim for loss with local carrier, apologies if there was some misunderstanding in the information provided. We would usually kindly ask you to check the mailbox and with anyone else that accesses it, in most cases mail is found with a family member or in the mailbox. If it not located we would advise you to email a query with the local postal service to ask them to check into your delivery, not a insurance claim, and we would also invite you to come back to us should you still have issues. @playsegasaturn @ZedLabz When I could not find my package I contacted ZedLabs about my order not arriving even though it was marked “shipped”. I was told to wait a few days to see if it arrived, and if it didn’t to file a claim with the post office. Horrible customer service!

We have very few active discount codes currently, many codes are old and have expired, but various websites that publish these will not state that. @ZedLabz Hi -- why can't I use any discount codes in my cart? Every single one I try results in this. If I am logged out the code works but as soon as Log in it invalidates all of them.

The modules are made by Ginfull, my contact advised “Sometimes they have defects. I hear they have pseudo soldering of sensor IC's on the TMR modules in March production lots.” Generally the Favor Union modules seem to be the best quality, slower to release new models but work better with more consistent manufacturing when they do, they have been and I believe still are a Sony supplier. They have recently released TMR modules.

@mariusheier Have a good contact for analog modules, have send them an email to ask who makes it etc and if they know will put you in touch.
