It’s Day 7 of calling out @Afrinvest until they pay me my money!!!!! I’ve never seen a brand without an atom of urgency when it comes to their customers! Constantly prioritizing posting content over customer satisfaction.

Day 6 @Afrinvest pay me my money!!!!!

Today makes it 30 days since I initiated a sale successfully via the Afrinvestor app but i haven’t gotten the money till date @Afrinvest @ike_chioke Pay me my money!!!!!

Imagine if I needed this money to sort an emergency bill. That’s how @Afrinvest @ike_chioke would have left me stranded. They don’t give a damn about what happens to their customers. Pay me my money!!!!! @Afrinvest @SECNigeria

Day 5 calling out @Afrinvest until I get my money back. After sending my details via their dm, I haven’t gotten any response on when I’d get my funds back. @ike_chioke @SECNigeria these people are incompetent!!!!

@Shams199 @Afrinvest @SECNigeria I haven’t seen one single good comment about them. The worst customer service, they leave your mails unreplied for weeks, their call line doesn’t go through. I regret signing up on their platform fr!

@zeejra @Afrinvest @SECNigeria Call them out please. Very unfortunate and useless company. Mine has a wallet in minus, portfolio value reduced by up to a million naira, and a transfer i made almost a week now yet to be credited. Their customer service played on my senses on calls for an hour.
