So I stumbled on something interesting today while going through the crypto space… and I think it’s worth talking about.
While digging deeper, one name kept popping up @AlphaOmegaCoin1 (AOC)
Out of curiosity I decided to look deeper into what they’re actually building. One update I saw today mentioned a test listing of their AOC BEP20 V2.1 token on PancakeSwap.
From what I understood, the goal isn’t just listing for the sake of it. It’s to observe how their anti manipulation algorithm behaves under real market conditions.
Apparently this testing phase runs between April 20 and April 28 and participants who registered earlier will receive testnet tokens to interact with the system before things move further.
I find that idea quite interesting because one of the biggest issues in crypto has always been market manipulation and extreme volatility.
Still learning more about it but I’ll be watching how this testing phase plays out.

Most people are searching for Web3 jobs the wrong way..
They chase roles, spam DMs and try to “get noticed”… but still get ignored because they don’t know how much has changed with each cycle enforcing evolution on chads on here
Let me show you how I stood out to a project and made them reach out to me first ↓
Last week, I came across a project on my timeline.
The project intrigued me because they are building what I normally would call the future of DeFi (RWA), I took time to really understand what they were building and I found some interesting angles most people were missing.
A typical job hunter would jump straight into their DMs to pitch but i didn’t.
Instead, I engaged with their posts and consistently dropped thoughtful, problem-solving comments.
I did this for two days then they reached out to me first.
Why?
Because I sparked curiosity.
As the conversation developed, I went deeper beyond surface-level hype to show real clarity around what they’re building and where it fits.
I broke down their positioning in a simple way
And this is what they said:
“you articulated the core value prop better than most people I’ve talked to…
that framing is spot on, that’s the long-term vision.”
That’s when it clicked to me (again) that in Web3, attention doesn’t come from noise, It comes from clarity.
Anyone can shill but only few people can actually position a product.
I didn’t just talk about their features.
I made sure to connect:
product → user need
narrative → long-term vision
community → where it actually lives (Telegram vs Discord early on)
That’s what made the difference.
They even mentioned they’re open to ideas on BD and community which is exactly where I operate.
This is the playbook:
➙ Understand the product deeply
➙ Say what others are missing
➙ Make it simple, but sharp
➙ Share it publicly
The right people are always watching.
And when you consistently show you get it, opportunities will surely come to you

I got onboarded as a BD to @sailingprotocol about two years ago and this is how I set up an IRL meeting with the Network foundation team @Conflux_Network ↓
When I joined Sailing Protocol, my focus was on integrations, ecosystem expansion and exploring grant opportunities
A big part of that role was making sure Sailing’s tokenized assets didn’t just exist but were actually:
➝ tradable on DEXs
➝ integrated into DeFi protocols
➝ generating yield through liquidity
To make that work, I spent a lot of time reaching out to blockchain foundations.
Not just for partnerships but for alignment to see :
➙ where Sailing fits
➙ how it adds value to their ecosystem
➙ what expansion could realistically look like
Conflux Network was one of the ecosystems I targeted.
It had the kind of infrastructure and activity that made it a good fit for what we were building.
So I reached out and started a conversation around deploying:
➤ tokenized stocks as new assets in their ecosystem
➤ liquidity opportunities through DEX integrations
➤ potential grant and expansion angles
We got an initial response and exchanged a few messages.
Then things slowed down.
Instead of dropping it, I kept the conversation open over time
When the timing was right I followed up with clearer context by refining how I positioned Sailing’s value and this time I was nudging the team more at relevant moments
You might wonder how I knew the timing was right.
For me it comes down to context and understanding both sides then acting when the moment aligns.
The right moment in this case was that Devcon in Buenos Aires was coming up, and Sailing’s head office is based there so it felt like the right time to reconnect.
I reached out again and they confirmed they’d be attending which gave a clear reason to continue the conversation. This time, I suggested we meet in person and both teams agreed.
We aligned schedules, agreed on a location, and locked in a time.
That’s how I turned an online conversation into an in-person meeting with the Conflux team.
That meeting helped push forward Sailing’s expansion into the Conflux ecosystem.
In my experience, BD comes down to:
➛ starting conversations clearly
➛ maintaining them intentionally
➛ revisit them when context improves
➛ move them forward when timing aligns
My take on this is that alot of partnerships and BD opportunities might not look promising at the start but with consistent, educative and calculated follow ups and nudging it would definitely yield desired results.
These are my execution proofs below ↓

@bournedegreat @sailingprotocol @Conflux_Network This is one field that’s not often talked about in the space.
Good one Bourne 👏.

The truth is, majority never planned to even stick around for days, they just deploy, shill a bit and dump as fast as they possibly can for quick buck, sad really.
Fact still remains no matter how bad the market is, there will always be room for those that have good solid structure in place to grow and hit reasonable milestones.

3 months in with the TG team, 2 months with the Twitter raiding team and people are still getting paid consistently.
Not gonna lie, it feels really good knowing over 40+ people are earning under the teams I’m leading, while we’re supporting a project building long term.
If you’re a project owner or trader, @thebluechiphub is worth being in, we’re building an organic community of builders and traders. It’s a new month ahead, a lot coming 📌🥂.
