@vetas For now, especially with the Christmas and New Year slow down, it's hard to predict, we will keep you posted here, but as you said, most likely next year

Today we received a communication from our banking partner that they are still working on the solution to get all the funds distributed back to the customers. The total amount of money held on the cards is fairly small, and we are confident that it's just a procedural delay 🧵

3\ We have located all gift cards purchased by ZELF customers, but not claimed yet and #refunded them back to the respective gift card senders

2\ We have #refunded all monthly subscriptions collected from customers

#customerupdate While we are waiting for our partner bank to provide replacement cards or reenable existing cards for our clients, we are working hard to protect customer interests 🧵

7\7 We are sincerely grateful to all who trusted us, who voted for us, who wanted to become a ZELF customer, who supported us on our mission. We are truly sorry for the inconvenience it caused, we will fix it and we will be back to regain your trust and serve you. 🙏

6\7 We have a vision of most inclusive banking to allow the unbanked become a part of the global financial system and we will work hard to have the program relaunched. We are devastated by our partner's unilateral decision, without any warning, without concern for the customers.

Due to high demand (and we thank you for your support ❤️), we got a bit of a #slashdoteffect (actually our banking partner did) and there is a bit of a delay in issuing new cards. This should be resolved shortly.
