My own best friend. Who I'd give my life for. Who I trusted more than anyone. Who I never had a bad word for and always talked nicely about. Who I shared everything with and talked to every day. Just ditched my fucking ass. With the bullshit exuse of "You are better off without me" I want you all to know, that excuse is absolute fucking jack shit. Because I am worse than anyone else I know, and for those I care for I do better. Never pulled the "I'm leaving because you deserve better card". I just became what they deserved, I did better. So to anyone out there who is abandoning you saying you deserve better. It's jack shit. They either just want you to run after them and take the blame off them, or are too cowardly to tell you to your face why they're tired of you. Either that or they just cba actually improving for you, they don't want to improve they just want to be who they are and you gotta deal with it or else they threaten to leave. They're looking for any tiny excuse to create an issue so that they can run away. Someone who genuinely feels like they don't deserve you, would try to be better for you. Not fucking abandon you knowing you have nobody else. They don't even give you a chance to explain anything or talk it out. Just give you a resign notice while you're asleep and run with their tail between their legs like cowards. That's not a friend. That's a rat.
