@sekitsuii i feel like people are so used to seeing people actively trying to lose weight. like people will see a very thin or uw person wieiads and be like “oh they aren’t eating all that” but they actually could me ? calories in calories out

some edtwt users when they realize that not everybody is short and sedentary and dont have to eat under 1200 cals a day to lose weight

@notoatkitty omg whenever i b/p all day and someone asks me what i’ve eaten i get so choked up like girl what DIDNT i eat today

so we know ive been b/ping and not keeping solid food down. but we also know purging doesn’t get rid of all calories so i’m obviously not running on completely empty my doctor asked how many times a day i eat and i wasn’t sure what to say 😭😭 i told him i eat once
