1. ost F2ES, F3T Grade X CT impulsive trade too stuck on missed opportunity, total CT ignored all down bias signs, dumb trade

Fast movement is such a weakness for me, getting hot headed also physically feeling heat in head, couldn’t stop the emotion spike after loss, should stop for much longer and be more aware 1L notes below

A bit spike of volume from news, slowing off gradually, not easy to draw channels and unsure of DT so not taking bit setups 1W ost FHL, F3T Grade C+ Bit c, but taking a chance with the momentum, should’ve used a runner but forgot to click

1. F3T, F2ES, Fspring Grade C+ A bit slow and looks sideways but PA is not too messy, enough confluence so confident to take the setup just a bit not sure how much room.

Trying to be extra safe in Monday like every time i take a break there is worse decision making early so didn’t take marginal setups early also in mind that just a scalp could pass one of my eval. 1W notes below

1. ost Momentum trade, Fspring trap, off possible RH, attempt running back to 200ema Grade D- late trade kinda forced, marginal setup for me

Quite some movement no good setups, good setups with no room, didn’t realize trade past 0000, almost got a lost on circle, placed order but double checked felt off, turns out channel wrong, thought it’s still more range movement in local scale, just got lucky. 1W notes below

No trade for me, somewhat better PA but more hesitant, not good at range day, should’ve taken the green trades. All good not in good shape and some cons considered in all three so better miss then sorry.

2. 200ema bounce, BNE, attempt to retest, possible FBO Grade D no room to ema, SB strong enough but not perfect, kinda lucky to scalp out, TO could be its own stt out the range of offset chart.

Market movement still shitty, unclear trend with slow PA low ATR 2W notes below

1. ost TT, trap, SSB Grade C Pretty sure a trap with room to ema, should give up runner not noticing the Up bias, thought i might just be a retest

No big structure, unclear early on, not sure on almost all channels, low ATR, slow PA, conflicting read causing hesitation on the long trade, not taking the risk. 1W notes on trade below

3. (eval) ost F2EL, F3T Grade D Counter trend? Congested tight range, just made the scalp, no regret though

1. HL after bounce from BNE possible ML Grade X not usual setup(HL trend not firm), too far HL, congestion, neutral bar before SB 2. (eval) BNE after equal top, tt Grade C+ SB not closing perfect, just enough room to tight range top, should not use runner given the size of SB

Posting daily trade journal again 2026 Choppy monday, too eager to trade after 2 weeks break, learn to wait in weakness area (away from 200ema, choppy creep up PA), daytime is pretty calm though good to be back in routine 1L PA 2W eval notes below
