When I made this animation as a style test, I started flirting with stepped animation. There’s something about the texture it adds to the motion that I can’t get enough of.

@betty_nft Both takes are correct when viewed through their respective time horizons. We won’t see another 2021. It has matured, but it’s still in its infancy. I like your longer timeframe perspective.

Ily Greeny - I’m going to challenge this with a different perspective. I don’t think the market has matured even slightly. All that’s happened is the speculation of large announcements potentially resulting in bags pumping has dissipated because of the timeframe of value add - cultural value accrues over a long period of time and in the era of 5 hour birth to death coin cycles that doesn’t align with market behaviour anymore. I don’t think utility rules either. If there isn’t obvious opportunity to be rewarded or make money in an announcement, it will seldom have much short term impact on anything. That’s not to say it doesn’t matter - it does, it’s just a longer game. I personally think we see NFTs blow up again but in a different way with redirected speculation perhaps. Maybe it’s the quality you launch with initially that will allow you success moving forward as we see from amazing teams like GVC launching in the middle of the bear. In any case i remain excited by what’s happening here, and dedicated to contributing to it from our own spooky corner of the industry 🫡
