@zengugi The anime will either bring in more sensible fans, or it will intensify each negative quality in the fandom…. I will remain hopeful,, and either way I’ll still read and love the manga lolol

Perhaps that's too much to ask for in this industry, but still, I’ll be hoping for the best for him.

I have faith in Hokazono. I think he’s the kind we only see once in a decade, and I don't say it lightly. But we can never know the future. We can only live in the present. I just want him to be successful and find lasting happiness in drawing manga.

Hokazono still has youth on his side, but you can see the burnout coming for most mangaka once they hit 28-30. They're basically athletes. The human body just isn't made for the relentless pace of weekly serialization.

anyways all in all death to weekly shonen jump and their ability to sap the passion out of mangaka
