i just built a Chrome extension that cleans it up for you. you type a keyword, it searches your own posts for every match and deletes them one by one automatically. no API key, no account, no manual clicking through 200 replies.
it also doesn't move like a bot. randomized delays between every action, long pauses every few deletions, the whole thing mimics how a real person would do it manually, just way faster.

how it does it:
>searches from:yourusername keyword and pulls every matching post and reply
>auto-clicks the menu, hits delete, confirms, moves to the next one
>scrolls down and keeps going until results run out
>logs everything live so you can see what's being deleted
>the stop button works instantly if you need to pause
>saves your handle so you don't retype it each session
