Spent some time today exploring how governance works within @heyaura. What I find valuable about community voting systems is that they push users to become more engaged with the ecosystem itself instead of remaining passive participants focused only on rewards. Good!

Bear markets expose which teams were actually building and which ones were farming attention. That’s honestly the biggest thing I took away from the @RallyOnChain roadmap. Most projects right now feel defensive: slower shipping, smaller ambitions, less experimentation. Rally seems to be accelerating instead. The two roadmap items that stood out most to me were Spendable RLPs and the broader “Community Coordination Protocol” direction. Spendable RLPs sound simple on paper, but they fundamentally change participation dynamics. The second rewards become usable inside the ecosystem instead of just passive points, community behavior becomes much more meaningful and sticky. But I honestly think the bigger idea is coordination itself. Most web3 communities still operate across fragmented tools, shallow engagement metrics, and disconnected incentive systems. That model does not scale long term. The idea of building infrastructure around: reputation, distribution, campaigns, creators, and community coordination feels much more important than another short-term growth loop. My guess is that in 6-12 months, Rally probably looks less like a campaign platform and more like social infrastructure for crypto-native communities. The teams still shipping aggressively during bad markets are usually the ones people wish they paid attention to earlier.

One thing I’ve been thinking about while exploring @heyaura: Strong communities are rarely built by incentives alone. They’re built when users actually care enough to participate, discuss ideas, and contribute to the ecosystem’s direction over time.

Most brand deals on X are paying for bots. The merchant has no idea. The platform doesn't care. The creator who gamed it gets paid anyway. We built Magverse to fix this. 🧵

Read through the latest @heyaura governance discussion today. One thing I like about community voting systems is that they encourage users to think beyond short-term rewards and focus more on the long-term direction of the ecosystem.

Most teams slow down during bear markets. @RallyOnChain is doing the opposite. After reading the roadmap, the two things that stood out most to me were Spendable RLPs and the Creator Network direction. Spendable RLPs change incentives completely. The second rewards become usable inside the ecosystem instead of just sitting as points, participation becomes much more meaningful. But honestly, I think the bigger idea is the “Community Coordination Protocol” vision. A lot of web3 still feels fragmented: communities, creators, campaigns, attention, reputation, distribution. Everyone is scattered across disconnected platforms and metrics. Rally feels like one of the few teams trying to build actual coordination infrastructure instead of just another dashboard. That matters more than people realize. Especially in a market where most projects are playing defense right now. The teams still shipping aggressively during difficult conditions are usually the ones people regret fading later. My guess? In 6 months Rally probably looks less like a campaign platform and more like a native social coordination layer for web3 communities and creators.

Good incentive systems don’t just attract users. They shape user behavior over time. That’s why the direction behind @heyaura is interesting — focusing more on meaningful participation than simple activity metrics.

The next NFT cycle probably looks more like identity + ownership infrastructure than pure speculation.
0xHaze | Early Roller 🎲@HazeDrop0x

I don’t think the next NFT cycle looks anything like the last one. The previous wave was loud, speculative, and obsessed with floor prices. Most people treated NFTs like lottery tickets with profile pictures attached. The next cycle probably looks quieter at first. And honestly, much more dangerous. Because infrastructure finally caught up. Fees are cheaper. Onchain identity is improving. AI-generated content is exploding. Digital ownership suddenly matters again. I think NFTs slowly stop feeling like “collections” and start becoming infrastructure for the internet. Not just art. Ownership. Reputation. Access. Identity. Proof. Licensing. AI attribution. That last part feels massively underestimated. In a world where AI can generate infinite content, proving: who created something, who owns it, what’s authentic, and what has provenance becomes far more valuable. I also think the next NFT winners may not look like traditional NFT projects at all. Some of the biggest use cases could come from: • AI agents • gaming economies • creator ecosystems • digital identity • tokenized communities • media licensing The irony is that the next NFT cycle may become important precisely because it feels less speculative. Less “flip culture.” More digital property rights for an internet increasingly flooded with synthetic content. The last cycle was mostly about attention. The next one might be about verification.
