Every year, the US celebrates National Police Week to honor the hard work of law enforcement officers. The WCSD and our fellow community partners joined the celebration by recognizing our Whitehall and Coplay Police Departments.

Ms. Morgan Polony from Steckel Elementary School in Lehigh County brings encouragement, leadership, and school spirit to school every day.

This morning, I was pleased to participate in a meeting of the 4 Education Committee Chairs with superintendents and representatives from school districts in Lehigh and Carbon Counties. We discussed impacts of the BEFC report, the upcoming state budget process and much more.
