yes full bar combo's exist, it's no different in UMvC3, DBFZ, BlazeBlue: Centralfiction, Street Fighter 6, Mortal Combat, Guilty Gear the list goes on. imo it just seams like this new Generation of gamers just want devs to hold their hands so they can farm content for views/numbers under the guise of looking cool/good instead of putting in the work by practicing and learning the in's and out's of your character or any game in genral to actually be good. also let's look at the science behind why said person got full bar'd in the first place-oh would you look at that he didn't BLOCK! plus his power meter builds by either doing damage or taking damage he had a FULL BAR! which means he had enough meter for a PUSH BLOCK! which acts as a parry and would've ended the combo by bouncing his opponent to the other side of the screen. these are basic fighting game mechanics BRUH!
