Update: So my results came back the other day and I’ve been doing my best to wrap my head around it all. But I tested positive for a hallmark of something called MCTD or Mixed Connective Tissue Disease. As much as I thought I would be prepared for whatever was thrown at me from a medical standpoint, I’m still scared and trying my best to navigate it. I’ve been referred to Rheumatology to get a better idea of my diagnosis, so I hope I can start feeling better soon. 🤍
