@marklevinshow "An investigation" of the Assassination of an American citizen in broad daylight. I haven't heard anyone say Alex Pretti was an angel at a Tea Party. However, whatever question things he did, he did nothing to suggest lethal force was possible. Then they murdered him.

I see the media headlines are that Alex Pretti's death was ruled a homicide by the coroner.  Most of the media outlets are not explaining that this only means a person or persons caused the death of another, not that a crime was committed.  It is not death by accident, suicide, etc.  An investigation of his death is underway.

Why do you say so many stupid things?  The video gives the lie to your propaganda and most news sites that Pretti was a non -violent ICU nurse at the VA. The video shows he was violent. He did assault ICE (yes, spitting at a law enforcement official is assault). He kicked the taillight and broke it as ICE agents were driving away.  And he was shouting the f word at the agents. The attack on the agent and kicking the vehicle are not free speech. And when it was over, he was released. Pretti was out of control. He was violent. He was aggressive.  That’s what the video showed. Nobody said to stop the investigation into his second encounter with ICE the following week. Your coverage has been a disgrace. Nor have you explained the extent to which the violent riot in which he was shot was organized by radical communist and socialist groups communicating on signal to avoid detection and to obstruct law enforce.  Again, physically obstructing law enforcement is not free speech.
