I hate to say this, pero @SMTicketmaster is worse than @smtickets. Sobrang sensitive ng site niyo pero nakalusot pa rin ang bots at bypass links, so anong point? As of now, parang yung mga nac-cancel lang naman are tickets affected by bugs and glitches. Kasi let's be real nga naman, aamin ba yung mga gumamit ng bypass links? The biggest issue is this is a BTS concert. Fans have to wait 9 months before the actual concert, tapos hanggang ngayon walang peace of mind kung secured ba talaga yung ticket nila. Puwedeng ma-cancel anytime, pero hindi mo rin ma-check nang ma-check kasi may issue naman about accounts getting flagged or restricted. So anong panghahawakan ng fans? Email screenshots? Confirmation emails? Wala naman kayo Physical ticket din. And yung actual ticket nga hindi pa makikita until next year. Instead of making fans feel secure after surviving that ticketing war, you made everyone anxious for the next 9 months wondering if their tickets will still be there tomorrow. And what's frustrating is that while regular fans are stressed and scared of getting canceled, resellers and reservers somehow remain untouched. Funny how the people you're supposedly trying to stop don't seem to be the ones suffering the consequences. Your system is adding more paranoia and frustration than protection. Securing a ticket should feel exciting, not like you're constantly waiting for an email telling you that what you paid for is suddenly gone. Fix this mess @livenationph!

Senator Francis “Kiko” Pangilinan called on Monday for the swift approval of his proposed Anti-Ticket Scalping Act following reports of BTS concert tickets being resold at massively inflated prices. Pangilinan said Senate Bill No. 1989 aims to prohibit ticket scalping, protect consumers from exploitation, and impose penalties on violators. He cited growing concerns from fans over resale prices reaching as high as P90,000 for the group’s upcoming 2027 Philippine concert.

Ticketmaster PH reportedly cancelling invalid or policy-violating transactions. Fans urged to check emails. Ticketmaster Philippines is actively reviewing and cancelling certain ticket transactions for the highly anticipated BTS WORLD TOUR ‘ARIRANG’ shows at the Philippine Sports Stadium in Bulacan in March 2027. Ticketmaster PH is cancelling orders that violate purchase limits (reportedly 2 tickets per account in some cases). This includes orders flagged for potential fraud, bot usage, payment issues, or other violations of Ticketmaster’s terms. Cancelled tickets are typically refunded to the original payment method (processing time depends on the bank/card issuer).

the reason siguro kaya maaga silang nagbenta ng tickets is to cross check yung mga gagawa ng violations. after cancelling the ticket, they will surely schedule a date probably this year or next year before the concert dates for the selling of additional seats. do not lose hope❤️
