Dream for BCCI.
At least 15+ stadiums are under construction in India, yet none will match the class of the new Brisbane stadium.
Australia considers the Gabba outdated and are building new one.
If the Gabba is outdated, then almost every stadium in India is outdated.
And the bigger point: India could build a comparable world-class stadium at roughly 20–35% of the cost, yet we still don’t.

I don't think a change in batting philosophy will help them in relation to Tests. Generally, if you look at the kind of batters coming through the system in any country, most of them like to bat aggressively. With small tweaks in relation to common sense, this management suits England in Test cricket.
