Me: I believe this boy was set up by whoever sent him to collect the waybill, the same person also informed the police, the way they quickly kpai him shows it’s all planned This is heartbreaking 💔 😭😭😭 “You caught him and tied both hands behind his back, stripped of any chance to defend himself. He wasn’t fighting, he wasn’t running, he was begging. Begging for a chance. Begging you to take him to Sapele, to show you someone, anyone, who could speak for him, who could prove his innocence. But you didn’t listen. You pulled the trigger and ended his voice, his plea, his chance to be heard. THE NEXT ACT MAYBE A gun placed beside his lifeless body. A story is crafted. A label is stamped: “Armed Robber.” Just like that. But tell me… Can a dead man speak? Can a lifeless body defend itself? ” CcHarrison Gwamnishu.

Ruben Amorim could have gotten us Champions League football if he stayed. The foundation Carrick is thriving on? That’s Amorim’s work… the players he brought in, the basics he drilled, the partnerships and instincts he built. Even now, you can see traces of it… even if some of it is starting to fade in players like Mbeumo and Amad. And let’s not forget — Amorim is a big reason Bruno Fernandes is still at Manchester United. Bruno was close to leaving, but Amorim pulled him back in because he believed in his project. Say what you want, but the roots of this progress didn’t just appear overnight.

🚨 Carlos baleba has been pretending to be shit in the pitch all season just to drive his price valuation down after Brighton priced him out of Manchester United move last summer. Now he's still keen to join Manchester United and ready to push for a dream move to Manchester United when the transfer window opens. Everyone knows Carlo Baleba was great before Manchester United picked interest in him and all of a sudden his form dropped and people can't seem to understand it's a strategy to lower his valuation. And has worked out as planned with reports saying that his value could go as low as £50m. If this worked out for Manchester United would have struck a gold for a talent like Baleba. Manchester United want to sign two midfielders this summer with other reports linking to Aurelien Tchouameni to replace Casemiro. How excited are you about this transfer news?

@ludwigia_sp_red @Furious_red_ It doesn't really matter Provided we don't lose against Liverpool, the rest of the game is useless to our target We needed 4 points We have 3 1 more point and it's over Especially if Brighton lose their next match

@Furious_red_ Realistically a draw against Liverpool is a decent. But, surely we are all afraid and worried about Brighton. That team is not that special, but somehow always play like a prime Barcelona when playing against United.

Picture this: A 23 year old Amadi will wake up on election day to go meet his friends at a restaurant so that they can eat a plate of pepper soup. They’ll laugh a little louder than usual, because deep down, they all know this might be the last time they'll ever chill like this in years. By next month, one of them will be in Ghana, another will be in Rwanda, the others will go anywhere that feels like it has a future because they know that a 2nd tenure under Tinubu means the end of their dreams. Halima won’t be at her polling unit, neither will she be bothered about election updates. She’ll be at an embassy queue before sunrise, documents in hand, eyes tired but certain. For her, that decision will be final: hope, processed and stamped out. Back home, life will adjust in darker ways. News of kidnappings will no longer shock anyone... it will blend into our routine. A neighbour goes missing, and instead of outrage, there’s a quiet sigh… then silence. Because everyone is calculating and waiting for their own turn. There will be no riots. No headlines. Just a slow, collective withdrawal. Apathy will win. It won't be loud, but trust me... it will be complete. Anarchy Looms by Kenneth Okonkwo will be your official ringtone. If you're even opprtuned to have a phone by then.

@TheElitePundit Not talking about you in particular here. I find the foreign managers that come in basically get a free ride on performances for at least 18 months or X transfer windows. But then the likes of Carrick don’t seem to get that grace. Doesn’t make any sense to me.

It’s actually so boring engaging with Utd fans. “Just be positive” “but Amorim was worse” “You call football soccer” All other types of ridiculous abuses. You can like Carrick, the result and be unhappy with performance. It’s not hard. Ignoring performances isn’t good.

Again, the average Nigerian doesn’t care about a better country or a working system. Each person desires only to break-free from the matrix. The need to be better than one’s neighbour > Resolve for a collective good. The earlier you understand Nigerians the better for you.

Manchester United fans are oversimplifying the structural issues within this squad. Here’s the uncomfortable truth: even if we sign every “ideal” target this summer and move on every player currently under scrutiny, a top-four finish is still not guaranteed. Why? Because performances are outpacing the underlying data. Yes, we’re winning games and that matters. But the metrics tell a different story. Chance creation, control, defensive stability, these remain inconsistent at best. Results are masking deeper inefficiencies. And that gap doesn’t hold forever. At some point, performance levels regress to the underlying standard. When that happens, mentality becomes everything. The concern is clear: how long before this group reverts to its default setting? We’re already seeing warning signs. The intensity is dropping. The cohesion is fading. The level of play is gradually declining despite positive results. This is not a personnel issue alone. It is a control issue. What this squad requires is not just talent injection, but authoritative management. A coach with presence. A coach with edge. One who prioritizes standards over sentiment. No exceptions. No comfort zones. Players must perform or they must leave. Not based on reputation, relationships, or past contributions, but on consistent output. That requires a level of ruthlessness. And if we’re being honest, Michael Carrick does not project that profile. Not yet. Not at this level. Leadership at the top must reflect the same clarity. If the structure above the manager lacks conviction or worse, prioritizes compliance over competence then progress will stall again. This is where difficult decisions define serious clubs. United cannot afford to keep optimizing for harmony over performance. That cycle has already cost too many seasons. Standards must become non-negotiable.
