Day 3 of the Data Uploading Workshop focused on the systematic consolidation of administrative data generated by various Ministries, Departments and Agencies (MDAs), bridging the gap between departmental records and traditional statistical tools. By integrating this data with survey and census information, participants are strengthening the Labour Market Information System (LMIS) to provide real-time, validated and comprehensive insights into employment trends, wage dynamics and sectoral shifts. The Labour Market Information System remains a critical tool for monitoring Decent Work indicators under the National Development Strategy 2 (NDS2), as well as key macroeconomic and social context indicators necessary to track Zimbabwe’s progress towards Vision 2030 and support evidence-based policy formulation. #LMIS #statisticaltools #NDS2 #Vision2030

In Gandanzara, Manicaland Province, 78-year-old Gogo Clara’s miniscule solar-powered homestead stands as a beacon of hope. While her home boasts clean sanitation, she faces harsh realities: dried-up well, long distance to the borehole, distant clinics, and digital isolation. ZIMSTAT’s data-driven insights are vital to bridging these gaps, ensuring rural Zimbabwe isn't left behind. @zimstat @southern_environment @elsiemoja @sharpshooterzw @wellymak @ahfafrica @ahfrwanda @AIDSHealthcare @UN_Women @AIDSHealthcare @TheUnion_TBLH @UNICEFZimbabwe @johnmokwetsi @CaiphasChimhete @cathymwauyakufa @SundayMailZim @vanessa_gonye @UnicefZimbabwe @MoHCCZIM @UNAIDS @Itairusike @ParliamentZim @unwomenzw @UNDPZimbabwe @molokele @UNFPA_Zimbabwe @UNDPZimbabwe @WHOZimbabwe
