I denied people@saying that it happened in the patio, or inside the restaurant.that is all I “denied”. I have kept repeating that it is something we have been aware of and that we were working on solutions.

@TonyPotts1 @Venice311 Again, this is not correct. This is not a photo of our patio. This is a photo of the parking lot with people waiting for their table. The patio is behind it. We have indeed struggled to manage that crowd outside and are working on it.

@zinque_bar @Venice311 In RI — we all use res apps that allow a restaurant to require a hold charge ; Simple -25$ hold charge taken off or applied to bill. None have had experience of crowds attempting to waitlist- all must call to waitlist or wait elsewhere , certainly not outside establishment
