我刚工作的时候，在一个叫华兴资本的投资银行，天天去工体北路盈科中心5楼打卡上班。当时的买方朋友基本是国内的美元基金从业者 那时有一个红杉的投资人叫王岑，光头，健身，穿上西服紧崩崩的 王总之前是天图的合伙人。后加入红杉当MD，根据公开资料，投了：周黑鸭、溜溜梅、福奈特、慈铭、伊美尔等等 王总2019年离开红杉。有人说是因为种种原因被裁，揶揄之声四起。人，真的很爱看其他人栽跟头和倒霉 不过王总基本没有啥内耗，离职第二天就在抖音上起号，给自己取了个名字“王岑消费王” 彼时正是国内新消费创业热潮。王总一边拍内容讲消费，一边直播连线答疑，还和博商合作了线下课 我当时和“大树餐厅”的老板准备在上海开烘焙店，还琢磨要不要去买一个王总的付费咨询 后面王总开始推广“五爷拌面”加盟，再后面的故事大家可以自己去看看 时过境迁，揶揄王总的声音一直没变过，但他的矩阵号我已经数不清了，粉丝量应该是大几百万，每场直播稳定在线1000人以上 事情的基本原理都是相同的，任何行业，任何时代都是一样的 例如在加密世界，我的朋友嗯哼 @EnHeng456 是我挺respect的一个人。很多人用不同的角度去揶揄和调侃嗯哼，但他的目标感和执行力比很多工作了十年的人都要强太多。一年多的时间，脱胎换骨 没有那么多人在盯着你看，没有那么多不可避免的自我斗争，没有什么敌人。在实现目标之前，先忘了“虚负凌云万丈才，一生襟抱未曾开” P.S. 1.我单纯说人说事儿，涉及到价值观的辩论就不回了; 2.我长得帅，请不要骂我，谢谢

We came up with the name 'Sovereign Infra for Global Nations' some time ago, but it felt too bold, so we spent over a year exploring and building. Now feels like the right time. We have solid tech, great partners, and lots of ongoing projects. Crypto is already having good tech but not enough adoption. DAT 101: When looking at DAT, people often focus too much on the static mNAV multiple and forget what truly drive the value of DAT - its the constantly movement of mNAV. When mometum comes and mNAV is above 1, DAT issues stocks at the market (ATM) to generate accretive dilution so over a period of time, per share crypto increase, thats why entering a legit DAT at 1x mNAV is better than holding underlying crypto. DAT的投资人往往过于关注DAT的静态估值溢价mNAV，但是忽略了真正让DAT产生价值的是DAT可以在股价和底层资产发生溢价的时候通过发行股票，将溢价/波动转化成每股收益，所以在一段时间以后，DAT股票的每股净数字货币数量往往会出现提升。这就是为什么在如果可以用1x的mNAV进入DAT的情况下，持有DAT股票是显著优于持有底层数字货币资产的。
