@BellularGaming I mean WoW's quest writing and spell descriptions have always been of questionable quality. I've mostly overlooked it since the game itself is still fun for me.

I wonder if Anthropic realized the logo for Claude is extremely similar to Kurt Vonnegut's illustration of a butthole from his Breakfast of Champions novel. It has to be an in-joke.

My favorite WTF Stephen King novel is Cujo. Not just about a rabid dog but you have a guy jerking off on his ex's sheets to make them crusty and and ad exec marketting a breakfast cereal that makes kids pee red.
It's such a wierd novel. Probably why it stuck with me.

@TheRealKatokal @WarcraftDevs Will that actually matter? The caps are high enough that you would have full upgraded and gotten the achievement and new gear can just be upgraded with gold.

.@WarcraftDevs So with the item upgrades coming on Tuesday via the 12.0.5 patch, are we also uncapping crests to take full advantage of the ascension system? Seems odd to release those upgrades and still have crest acquisition be capped.

For the curious, the reason I love Boards of Canada is their music is rooted in the sounds of the 1970s from National Film Board of Canada films I watched growing up. Their music feels like half-remembered dreams from childhood. Warm, unsettling and wonderful.

I think I figured this out. I used ExpressVPN to hop over to Europe to access some geo locked content a friend linked me. I had a YouTube video playing so my IP switched from Canada to Germany mid play. I'm guessing that triggers Google bot detection.

I think Google suddenly thinks my IP is a bot. I'm getting captcha everywhere now and embedded YouTube videos on sites like Reddit aren't playing "We think you are a bot, sign-in to verify" but the sign-in button doesn't work. Pretty sure I'm not a bot.

Oh man this was me in my late 20s and 30s. I was 32 and working 12+ hour days six days a week on Metroid Prime.

@TheRealKatokal @WarcraftDevs I'm guessing Epic profession items are meant to be a late game chase item. Their actual effect isn't that much since its just +35 in a crafting stat. The difference between a blue one (that's even BoE) and the epic is very small.

.@WarcraftDevs Why aren't Fused Vitality and/or Unalloyed Abundance currency items warbound transferable? Having it take 3 weeks to make a SINGLE EPIC profession item PER CHARACTER seems like an extremely excessive and unnecessary timegate. Please save us crafters SOME time. :)
