Excited to share recent work with the @yassinelab1 & @Isoformix that highlights a link between CSF apoE glycosylation and t-tau pathology. This research probes the involvement of sugar modifications on apoE in AD biomarker pathogenesis 🧠Read more here: pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/40635030/

📣Our new paper, led by Victoria Tennant, sets tau cut points in a large cohort of Hispanic, and non-Hispanic Black and White participants using PI-2620 PET. ⭐️The ability of our tau cut points to distinguish cognitively impaired vs unimpaired people varied by ethnoracial group.
