GQ: “How was The Kid Laroi concert? You surprised fans by joining him onstage to dance.” BC: “It was a really fun time. I went down to LA to go see Laroi and do “Girls” at his show. I brought a group of my friends, and one of my buddies Kenny [Juke] is a concert photographer, so he shot the show for us.” GQ: “I read that you had personally picked that song to dance in that scene on Off Campus…” BC: “Stay” by Laroi and Justin [Bieber] is one of my favourite songs. It's never left my playlist. [For the scene], they gave me a list of options to choose from, because they were like, 'We’re sorry, we're making you do a strip tease, so you can pick a song.’ And I was like, 'Thank you so much.’ There were some bangers on there, but “Girls” stood out to me completely. I knew that when I shoot this scene, I'm the only one who's gonna be able to hear the music — for sound reasons, you have to do it in a quiet room, so there's like 100 extras, and my cast, and I just had this little ear piece with static-y music in it. So I was like, ‘OK, I need a song that I can get up to by myself on stage in front of all these people in this quiet room.’ I had my big Timberland boots on that hollow stage and, while I'm dancing, all you can hear is the thud, thud, thud of my feet. But I could hear “Girls,” so I was good. I could dance to this song in any circumstance, so this [was] the perfect one. GQ: “That sounds miserable. I commend you.” BC: “Anytime you're watching a party scene or big events on this show or anything else, it's the most awkward thing in the world to shoot.”
