It appears that Waluigi's Island from Mario Party 3 once belonged to Luigi and featured a small house, similar to Mario’s, before Waluigi invaded the island with his Piranha Plant minions, destroyed Luigi’s house with a giant mallet and moved in, taking the island for himself.
