There’s one thing that everyone can agree on about the fuel protests. Since they started, Dublin City centre has actually become safe again. Women, children, and men can all walk the streets of central Dublin without fear of randomly being attacked by a foreign invader who has no right to be here. Instead, for any of us who’s been here, Dublin City centre is full of mostly friendly people who love their country. It feels like Dublin of the 1990s again 🇮🇪🇮🇪🇮🇪

Kind of crazy we are having protest movements for cheap diesel at the very time we are heading into fossil fuel powered climate chaos putting the continuation of human life on earth in danger. That's the logic of capitalism I suppose. 🤷‍♀️
