Yesterday, I did my first half-marathon and finished with an AMAZING result of 2:10! I’d been training for this since April and I couldn’t be prouder of myself! I signed up for the 3h+ wave but hoped to finish in 2:30. @bennettrun, your training has done wonders!

@Babeliane @Lighthousetrsl8 Vegans are really well catered for in the UK. At least two of the big cafe chains discontinued their gluten free sandwiches and replaced them with a vegan range

@Babeliane @Lighthousetrsl8 I’m getting increasingly frustrated by restaurants who no longer mark GF on their menus now that it’s easier to cater for vegans. I can’t see why they can’t cater for both. There are some good chains here where I eat fairly regularly.

It was my first #Scotnet workshop for a while and it didn’t disappoint. Still as informative, entertaining and well organised as ever. It was great to see so many friends and colleagues again after so long. Many thanks to the committee for all the hard work.
