Oh comission is elected by the council which consists of elected head of states. So not that big of a deal. But of course, this doesn't mean everything is okay what they are doing. They (Council Parlaiment) can also revoke the delegation of power entirely if they believe the Commission has exceeded its authority or violated the essential elements of the Level 1 act.

Isn't it the other way round? Comission suggests and parlaiment and council have to approve? But the European Council, which appoints the Commission, consists of elected representatives of the people. That's not unusual in politics. So, indirectly elected by the people. I don't think that's so bad.
