@alexdsmiff @BurgerKingUK Pickford has never been the same since filming the second Jurassic Park film
English

@07Simmo You must be exceptionally thick in that you miss the point. The traditional big 6 are riddled with debt but can continue to spend unabated which is not sustainable. The S in PSR just so you are aware
English

Yes, we all know #NUFC & #AVFC fans are incredibly thick but here is the reality.
Without the leveraged buyout, #MUFC would be able to spend £500m+ every window, and these smaller clubs would not compete. They should be happy right now cause it’s gonna get worse for them
Aston Villa Statto@AVFCStatto
Aston Villa have 𝐙𝐄𝐑𝐎 debt and 𝐌𝐔𝐒𝐓 sell before they can buy btw #AVFC
English

@Jack_Rogers97 Football Insider journalist tells you how credible this is

Understand Kieran Trippier is considering cancelling his agreement with Wolves as he is angry at the sacking of manager Rob Edwards feeling he has misled by the club. Trippier’s deal at Wolves does not kick in until July 1st after leaving Newcastle as a free agent. #wwfc
English

@ToxicGoonerHQ @FabrizioRomano Yes, congrats. Started far higher up the table, spent more, didnt have to sell one of the top scorers in the league.
But yes, you won a the PL in a season MC, LFC, CFC and MU were all terrible by their historic standards 😂
English

🚨⚪️⚫️ Newcastle have sent an official bid to Osasuna for Victor Muñoz as Spanish winger is a top target for #NUFC.
Negotiations ongoing on both club and player side to try reach an agreement.

English

@NUFCMurph The only question has been whether to have him or Woltemade take them. To be fair Gordon (apart from against Everton) has been an awesome PK taker. Woltemade I've only seen one, but it was a belter
English

Why you chatting shite, nobody has ever said that
sandro tonali@1892__br
shouldn’t take penalties according to newcastle fans
English

@ToxicGoonerHQ @FabrizioRomano Qualified for CL x 2
Were favourites for relegation when Howe took over.
Had no players of any value
Howe won silverware before Arteta did
🤔
English

@FabrizioRomano Signing players from Osasuna while the actual big clubs are buying world-class talent. You guys really thought you belonged at the top table after one fluky Champions League qualification. Back to your historical reality.
English

@AVFCMH Howe needs to have more faith in the younger ones coming through. Focus on coaching and leave those more in the know for transfers. Too heavily reliant on English based players and its costing us too much on fees. We have great scouts. Trust them. But great coach
English

@AVFCMH Both aspirational clubs struggling against rules designed to keep us out of the silverware fight. Plus the Mrs is a Villa fan 😅
English

@AVFCMH Blue trim has a history on Newcastle kits, but normally just a thin slither or piping. Not as bold as this. But this training top below is insane and wish it was a proper shirt

English

@AVFCMH The training ground top is insanely good with retro vibes. Home shirt im hoping will grow on me. Although I like the blue accents on the sleeves
English

@donhutch4 Not a player Howe would entertain for similar reasons why Rashford didnt get a permanent Barca move. Off the ball work rate is completely lacking. Needs to be at a club that is constantly on the front foot. Maybe Arsenal would be a better shout, but they wouldnt go for it
English

@AdiDazzlerClark @NUFCEdge Yup, panic buying at ridiculous fees. Those fees will continue to hurt us for the length of the player's contracts too.
English

@AdamHaste @NUFCEdge We have sold 2 of our Crown Jewels though and still appear unable to spend as we would want.
Although 110m on Wissa and Elanga I suppose is why we now suffer
English

@AdiDazzlerClark @NUFCEdge Forest will be selling the crown jewels imminently. One player for reportedly in excess of £100m. You are right we generate more revenue, but we have a wage bill approximately 25% higher apparently.
English

@AdamHaste @NUFCEdge Just for clarity Adam, Notts Forest have a bigger net spend in the same period of time and they aren’t getting 50k each home match or had 2 x champions league campaigns or generate the commercial income we have done.
So should we be in a position to not spend currently?
English

@NUFCEdge @AdiDazzlerClark Something to do with transfer spend in the past 3 years being circa £600m vs recouping a fraction of that. Particularly after years of having next to no worthy transfer income.

English

@AdiDazzlerClark @AdamHaste Including receiving £175m from our last two major player sales.
As I started with… it makes absolutely zero sense.
English

@AdiDazzlerClark @NUFCEdge We breached SCR, so had to make reductions as part of agreement with UEFA. A lot of players will have % increases on contracts each year, so a big impact collectively. Currently without sponsor, and no Europe this year or guarantees for next year. 1 CL campaign about to drop off
English

@AdamHaste @NUFCEdge Hold on Adam we have an average net spend of around £70m per season in last 3 season?
Taking into account 2 champions league campaigns there and not including AGs £70m fee.
Saved over £300k per week from players leaving this summer. £400k a week from last summer? Don’t add up
English

@MattyTJW Genuinely think it was as much to do with the system as the player. Was he good, totally, not disagreeing with you. But do I think he is the best Newcastle player of this generation? No. Not remotely.
English

@AdamHaste What? Isak finished 2nd and 3rd top scorer in back to back seasons 🤣 scored 10 in his first and he was injured for a fair bit of it.
61 goals in 109 games is more than a goal every other game, elite numbers for any 9
English

Spot on. Best player of this generation to wear black and white. Absolute prick, yes, but to be the best you have to be one #NUFC
wrld(best).@LewisfknMiley
He came. He saw. He conquered. Alexander Isak is arguably one of our greatest forwards in history
English

@MattyTJW Barnes scored 16 last campaign. By your interpretation there, does that make him twice the player Salah was because he only scored 7?
English

@WestHamPlace Fortunately that sort of thing is illegal now. But then it wasn't, just repulsive. But let's face it, he's never been known as the most morally upstanding individual.
English

@WestHamPlace Clearly a vile man, but being honest not to belittle the experiences of those interviewed, I was expecting worse. Use of sex for beneficial career progression has been around for centuries. The countdown bit just demonstrated how bad our laws were on this matter.
English

Well that was an utterly horrible 30 minute watch
Just like so many other cases where men in power exploit their position for sexual gain, it seems others stayed silent to protect their own sordid little jobs
Thoughts are with all of the victims
