Its nothing we should celebrate. State is just shrinking its liabilities while posing more financial burden on people. So they reduce their work load and earn at the same time. In a decent society, this should be seen as bad. But we're a society of outlaws. We'll celebrate this. Because we all want to do bad things and not go jail. This will ruin things for common innocent people and ease things more for bad elements.

A big boost to ‘Ease of Living’ and ‘Ease of Doing Business’… It’s a matter of immense delight that Parliament has passed the Jan Vishwas (Amendment of Provisions) Bill 2026. This Bill strengthens a trust-based framework that empowers our citizens. It marks the end of rules and regulations that are outdated. At the same time, it ensures speedy disposal of cases, reduces litigation burden with decriminalisation. What is also noteworthy is the consultative approach with which this Bill was drafted. My compliments to all those who have given their insights towards the drafting of the Bill and supported it in Parliament.

I respect those girls, who earn and still claim maintenance, just to teach their husbands a lesson, more than those who stop their lives and growth begging in courts for alimony. Everything is fair in a war. But not self destruction.

For a PIL, there need to be people effected with some grievance. Men, run to settle their case with a reasonable offer. So, on record, men in majority admit their guilt and pay the settlement. So, on documents, men are still guilty in majority. Deserve no relief, but kindness of their wives and court.

Here consumer is fine, and seller is bad. In prostitution, seller is fine but consumer is r@pist and criminal. Law makes sense in 2026.

You're either husband or wife, and your view in law in confined to whatever YOU FEEL AND THINK I'm a neutral lawyer. I represent both men and women. Tell me what is law? If a wife comes to me and says "conceal facts and present lies in my case", can I tell her it is safe to do or not? Oh wait. Depends on who will decide your case. The mindset of that judge will decide your case. Is it a judicial Institution or a casino? Am I appealing for justice or just rolling a dice?

Same high court... Its legal. Not a legally bad order. But they don't see anything wrong with it. They see wrong when you find your wife cheating and you sue HER BOYFRIEND, NOT EVEN HER. USKE BOYFRIEND TAK TO TOUCH NI KARNA. We're in real hell. Just need to realize.

Imagine spending 15 years to graduate, doing nothing wrong, and still needing a lawyer to know if you'll be spared by the court or not. We're no less of a scam. An innocent person must be confident that he can't be touched. But We're there to mess his life for the next 5-10 years
