Steam has just changed its trade cooldown system. Previously, all cooldowns effectively ended at the same fixed time each day (3 PM UTC+8), which often created a unified wave of selling pressure. Now, cooldowns end exactly 7×24 hours after the item enters your inventory. This means there will no longer be one large synchronized unlock each day. From now on, it’s truly first bought, first unlocked.
