It is with sadness that we learn of the passing of Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II. As a community of schools, we offer our sincere condolences to her family. Her dedication and service has been exemplary, and we join our nation in mourning her loss. Xx

The Bumblebee room , had a busy morning planting Sunflowers.

The Bumblebee children have had a busy start to the week. They have painted daffodil pictures, chopped fruit for yummy pancakes and made a great big splash on a rainy day! I wonder what tomorrow will bring? @HavesMrs @BarntonMissR @BarntonMrsL

The Butterflies watched how a caterpillar moves up and down as it travels along its leaf. They then repeated the action threading a lace through the holes on a leaf just like a caterpillar 🐛 @BarntonMrsM @BarntonMrsWills @HavesMrs

‘Ness the Nurse has a very kind face, with 10 plasters in her case’. Today the butterflies helped Ness the nurse to count her plasters. @BarntonMrsM @BarntonMrsWills @HavesMrs

The Butterfly children made the most of the windy weather, by designing their own kite,and taking it outside to see if it could fly.⁦@BarntonMrsM⁩ ⁦@BarntonMrsWills⁩ ⁦@HavesMrs⁩ .

The Butterfly children listened to the story of the Three Little Pigs, then went to print a pig using circles , and triangles.⁦@BarntonMrsM⁩ ⁦@BarntonMrsWills⁩ ⁦@HavesMrs⁩

The Butterfly children listened to the traditional story of the Gingerbread man. They then painted their own Gingerbread man.⁦@BarntonMrsM⁩ ⁦@BarntonMrsWills⁩ ⁦@HavesMrs⁩

The Butterfly children picked flowers just like Little Red Riding Hood did for her Grandma. @BarntonMrsM @BarntonMrsWills @HavesMrs #WorldBookWeek

Chinese New Year. 🧧 Today the butterfly children enjoyed Chinese dragon dancing followed by a tasty treat of Chinese food tasting. @BarntonMrsM @BarntonMrsWills @HavesMrs
