@BridgeUSA_ Listen with the intend to understand what the person is trying to tell you. Don’t focus just on the exact meaning of the spoken word. Try to imagine the bigger/whole image based on their expression. Not everyone is able to express themselves perfectly.

It is difficult for people empathize with one another past a certain point. It's especially difficult when our disagreements are not merely academic but threaten to have consequences in the world. Master understanding anyway. There is difficulty. But there is no down side.
