This should not be a partisan issue. Political violence includes threats. And in a democracy like ours, progress depend on our ability to engage in discourse in a safe and responsible manner. If we want a stable country where officials are free to carry out their duties without intimidation, we must all condemn this and any kind of political violence.

I’m convinced Americans are starving for nuance. We’re tired of the "political hack" clashing that solves nothing and only serves the Division Industrial Complex.
