Well, the same dudes who made those - Matt Hall (@matthall2000) and John Watkinson (@pents90) - basically looked at their 2D pixels and thought you know what? ✦ Ceo - @sergitosergito Let's make them 3D and chunkier. And boom. 20,000 voxel characters that look like if Minecraft characters got really into fashion. ┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈ ┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈ Plot twist though - Larva Labs sold Meebits to Yuga Labs in 2022, and then Yuga Labs just sold them to MeebCo (run by a hardcore Meebits collector). So now they're in the hands of someone who's actually obsessed with the project. The launch was wild These guys started at like 2.5 ETH each. Now they're sitting around 0.88-0.90 ETH. It's like having a little photo studio for your digital block person. Feeling moody? Dark background. Happy? Bright colors. It's weirdly therapeutic. Floor's around 0.88-0.90 ETH right now, there's still an active community, and honestly?
