This method allows for rapid access to valuable benzylic difluoro arylethylamines as the hydrazine product can be selectively cleaved to the amine in the presence of the benzylic difluoro group in a later step. 🎉

Got some preliminary mouse data on some of Christina's compounds today - this is the first time @BlakeyLab has taken on a translational project - lots to learn. It's exciting! Thanks @EmoryBDCI for the seed funding (and to the Waller group for inviting us to collaborate).
