they do have to absorb stuff, youre shit and guess what , also absorbs property tax increases, liability insurance costs, homeowners insurance increase,sewer and water increases. Maintence costs increasing. Local fees imposed for registering rentals ( yes thats a thing in many states). The cost of rejuvinating properties from damage over and above damage deposits, lack of payment and the lack of legal ability to actualy enforce payment for back rent. Legislative authorities actually in many states have land owners actually pay for the tenants move. During covid had about $ 7,000 in rent I could not collect because people did not have to pay..... good luck collecting it which I still havent. Been selling rentals and only one left. All good and good luck snowflake..... lifes tough but even tougher when your stupid.

Precious metals and critical minerals have not come close to the euphoria stage. Mainstream ownership has been and is minimal, media coverage was still sparse at the top, and the sector remains largely unknown to the average retail investor. The Uber Driver Test: The reliable signal that a bull market is ending is when unsolicited hot tips start coming from people with no financial background. That conversation has not and is not happening and did not happen about gold miners or copper royalty companies or physical gold and silver at the top. The Implication: If we are in the skepticism-to-optimism transition, the largest gains in this cycle are still ahead. The crowd that will drive prices to euphoric levels has not yet arrived.
