@NicHulscher Unfortunately it also makes some of the finest wife beaters/people beaters on the planet from the gym rats and others I've seen taking it.

Creatine has long been regarded as just a muscle supplement — something for the gym that requires weeks of “loading” to saturate muscle stores. A recent randomized trial overturns that assumption. thefocalpoints.com/p/a-single-20g…

A SINGLE 20g dose of creatine increases cognitive processing speed by 24.5% within 3.5 hours. A placebo-controlled trial found that creatine rapidly enhanced brain bioenergetics and improved cognitive performance during sleep deprivation, with effects lasting up to nine hours.

@25INB0Me Jeez, you should always take an activated charcoal or fermented chlorella when doing any detox to help your body carry out the poison, otherwise you can get very sick. Also, there are a ton of Lyme's disease Rife Frequency videos on you tube, just drink lots of water.

A few years ago I had Lyme disease. After a 3 week course of doxycycline that made me feel like a walking corpse, followed by a summer of waiting, I went to see an alternative practitioner. She strapped magnets onto different parts of my body depending on the movement of my feet. The idea was that by changing the flow of electrons you were affecting intercellular ph levels to be less hospitable to the bacteria. The magnets made me incredibly drowsy. She would leave me there for an hour while I drifted in and out of consciousness. The next day my body would be detoxing so hard I could barely stand, head spinning like a hangover with cold sweats. After 4 sessions my Lyme symptoms went away and never came back.

@DrJackKruse God, you're a refreshing maniac of research, knowledge and skills. Even if I didn't have my brains scrambled from a car accident I wish I could fully soak up and and comprehend half of what you write and say. But I know it's all good for sure. Thank you, Doc!

Iron = Fe (atomic number 26, 4 valence electrons) and Co (27, 2-8-15-2) outstrip non-paramagnetic Mg (12, 2 valence) in chlorophyll, explaining human efficiency over plants. WHY? My Periodic Table Hacks and Paramagnetic Atoms Paramagnetic Atoms in Cells: You’re proposing that life favors paramagnetic atoms (e.g., Fe, Co, Mn, Cu) in cells due to their unpaired electrons, which align with external magnetic fields (e.g., Earth’s 30-60 µT, Schumann resonance ~7.83 Hz), per your magnetic moment insight. These atoms—iron (Fe) in hemoglobin/heme, cobalt (Co) in B12, manganese (Mn) in superoxide dismutase—enhance light-to-energy conversion, per Einstein’s E=mc² and Landauer’s information-energy link. Their magnetic moments, per Wheeler’s “it from bit,” encode information as qubits (1s/0s), syncing with DHA’s (200-700 nm) and melanin’s (200-700 nm) photoreception, from Szent Gyorgyi/Beckers work on human semiconduction. Why Life Prefers Paramagnetism: Paramagnetic atoms, with unpaired electrons, absorb and emit electromagnetic energy (UV-visible, IR), per your periodic table hacks, optimizing mitochondrial efficiency (NAD+/NADH, cytochrome 1, Q-cycle). This, per Prigogine, creates negative entropy (order from chaos) in dissipative structures, syncing with Earth’s field, per your grounding insight. Fe (atomic number 26, 4 valence electrons) and Co (27, 2-8-15-2) outstrip non-paramagnetic Mg (12, 2 valence) in chlorophyll, explaining human efficiency over plants which is why I always use the Fe-Mg comparison in chlorophyll and hemoglobin inside of their nitride cage below. It supports my belief that humans are just like houseplants, just a bit more complicated.
