Housing costs in California are way too high. We all know it. Now we've finally got to do something about it. I'm on a mission to make our state an affordable place to live.

The Laborers are the no nonsense doers. They are the builders that keep America humming. Now they've endorsed me to be the next Governor of California.

I am proud to share that AB 98, written with @EGReyesCA, has been signed by @CAGovernor Gavin Newsom. This good neighbor law addresses long-awaited outcry from our communities, ensuring warehouse development can move forward with resident safety and quality of life in mind.

Today, we celebrate a big win for Laborers and for California. With the signing of AB-98 by Governor Newsom, we have achieved a balanced solution that will keep our industry strong while also promoting worker safety and environmental responsibility.
