Be decisive when you know you need to, and act. Don't be a little bitch. 4. Don't get complacent during good times. Prepare for war during peace. Expect bad to happen. 5. This shows the mental gymnastics I keep referring to. First it was "If everyone believes in the four year cycle then it won't happen." Then BTC still topped in Q4 2025 anyways. Then, in January when BTC was $98k, it was "Oh since everyone thinks the midterm year will be bad, then it will be good." Then BTC still dropped into Feb anyways. Now it's "Next leg down cannot happen since everyone is expecting it"

You want to know why he looked better when he started lifting 3x a week? It’s because in between his lifting sessions, there’s breaks. And during those breaks, he’s body is resting and repairing the worked out and “torn” muscles. The worked out and “torn muscles” repair themselves by adding an extra layer of muscle to further strengthen that targeted area. This gradually happens over a period of time and is often not immediate sha. Rest days are important if you work out. They as important as lifting and dieting.

For years, Gold bugs laughed at Bitcoiners on 30% drops and said "sOmE sToRe Of VaLuE" Then Gold dropped 30% and Bitcoiners said the same thing back. The truth is that whether you bought BTC or Gold in late 2017, your return is about the same today. But I guess it's more fun for both sides to just throw shade back and forth
