Lorne Gunter is incorrect. Giving patients unfettered access to lab tests pluse MRIs and CTs without clinical indication will lead to more incidental findings that require further publicly funded testing which will INCREASE healthcare costs. edmontonjournal.com/opinion/column… via @edmontonjournal
