Los Angeles generally has a bad reputation and a certain stigma about the people from there. The general stereotypes are surface level, soulless, overall dark-I’ve heard it all. Yet you can find one of those LA Dodger logo hats everywhere repping it. Literally, people that have never been to LA or watch baseball-it’s crazy I hereby officially deem this the most NPC thing a person can wear!

“In the not too distant future” is a perfect phrase, and I can see why politicians and more business minded people use it-that could mean 1 day, 5 months, or a year plus. It’s a perfect thing to say when you don’t want to say anything. It’s ambiguous, sounds promising, and almost helps allude to whatever someone would like to hear without putting a date on it

Sliding into the weekend with some bench presses 💪 220 lbs. 1x5 Not a PR, but these bench presses moved awesome today (5RM is 227.5). Felt heavy, but I kept the weight under control and I kept my hind end on the seat - I never felt like I was scrambling and flailing. Community group at our house tonight - we get to fellowship with other saints from our church, share a meal together, and worship the King! Seems fitting for Good Friday. I’ve never been drawn to living in a big city-none of it really appeals to me. Higher crime, constant crowds, traffic, higher costs, less privacy, and a weaker sense of community just aren’t worth it in my eyes. You either die in Nashville or live long enough to see yourself move to Franklin lol

Don’t ever ask me about basketball. The 82 NBA regular season games are just a terrible preseason for April playoffs. It’s a terrible product. All it is- is no defense, foul baiting, the league’s best players sitting out games & woke agendas!

Every off-season leading up to the draft, I’m reminded how badass & big of a company @AthletesFirst is. They practically run the NFL's contract negotiations for the biggest players in the league. Im super bullish on @cantGuardJak1 -glad to see he’s working with them, like most big name SC receivers do!

I’ve never understood hashtags-especially when businesses use them. In advertised posts, the goal is to drive actions to a website or their profile, but clickable hashtags pull users away into broader dead in pool-meaning advertisers literally pay to lose traffic. Plus they are also an eye sore lol

I've consistently trained in the gym since I was 16. I've been a member at the majority of the bigger chains: 24 Hour Fitness, LA Fitness, Gold's Gym, and Lifetime. By far, my favorite gym has been a smaller chain, Carbon Performance. You can feel the difference in the high-quality, American-made @Arsenal_Strngth & @RogueFitness equipment. Solid, beautifully engineered, and incredibly smooth machines. The end goal is a garage filled with them!

All eyes on Saturday, September 26th, 2026. It kicks off what I'm calling the most important six-week stretch in USC history. Oregon, then Washington, followed by a White Out game at Penn State, then at Wisconsin (trap game), then Ohio State, and then against the defending national champions IU. I haven’t been this bullish on a freshman class since Adorre and Juju back in 2014. Luke Waffle is the real deal after 2 years in a college weight room and he will be All-Big Ten. It’s going to be a hard fought season, but SC is playoff bound in 2026. My credentials: I haven’t missed watching a single game since 2006 and I’ve been locked in on @TheTrojanBlade, @insidetroy and @jdpickell for years. Fight On!

Millions of girls travel to Nashville wearing white cowboy boots. As if it’s some sort of Nashville uniform, it’s hilarious.
