Sublime To Be Honored With New Grammy Museum Exhibit in 2026 The Grammy Museum is honoring Sublime with a new exhibition, Sublime: Straight From Long Beach, opening March 27, 2026, to celebrate the 30th anniversary of the band’s landmark self-titled album. The exhibit will give fans a deeper look at Sublime’s story, from their Long Beach roots and genre-blending sound to the lasting impact they’ve had on alternative music. A special public program is also planned for July 30, 2026. Formed in 1988 by Bradley Nowell, Bud Gaugh, and Eric Wilson, Sublime built their legacy with 40oz. To Freedom, Robbin’ the Hood, and their massively successful 1996 self-titled album, released just two months after Nowell’s death. That record went on to sell more than nine million copies, while songs like “Santeria” continue to reach new generations — including joining Spotify’s Billions Club in 2025. The new Grammy Museum exhibit stands as another reminder of just how deeply Sublime’s music still resonates.
