Why is the BC Teachers' Union pushing a BDS motion in support of a "movement" that rejects Israel’s right to exist, applies double standards, fosters a hostile environment for Jewish students, amplifies antisemitic rhetoric, shuts down dialogue, and prioritizes symbolic actions over meaningful solutions?
All this does is make Jewish children and their families feel less safe at public schools...

At a time that Jewish students and families are increasingly and legitimately feeling unsafe at school, this resolution does the exact opposite of what is supposed to happen in our schools. ALL children are supposed to feel safe and protected at school !
