@TheKorborium I would imagine it's to maintain a front for all the other scientists. There are probably some working for him who believe in Germany's cause in the war and 935 scientists who still believe in the group's original mission. Ultimately, Richtofen's true goals are only known to him

the BO3 Moon remake bothers me so greatly cause while the map feels better to play and looks phenomenal.
These flags are completely out of place. Richtofen wants nothing to do with the Third Reich OR Group 935. He made Griffin Station BECAUSE of that. Why are they here?!
