NEWS: NC State guard Tre Holloman has entered the transfer portal, a source tells me. The 6-2 senior averaged 9.2 PPG, 1.8 RPG and 2.1 APG. Started his career at Michigan State. Will need to apply for another year of eligibility.

@Collegebask @MarchMadnessMBB Yes, you are right. It would be strange to see the preseason #1 drop in the rankings after starting 8-0 with 2 wins over ranked opponents. Usually they have to lose to be dropped down unless they have close wins over weak teams, which hasn't been the case
