@RiversideUK @LutfurRahmanTH @RSHEngland @ApsanaBegumMP Another weekend of misery at the hands of Riverside as the South lift was down, again. It breaks at least twice a week yet Riverside is dragging it's heels instead of sorting this matter out. Why , oh why, can't you act!!!

@RiversideUK Explain what difference this will make! In the meantime, just do your jobs and stop putting us through this never-ending misery. You don't seem to understand that you are subjecting us to stress . We wonder how we will get luggage up when lifts don't work, paramedic acess etc

@RiversideUK @LutfurRahmanTH @RSHEngland South side lift once again out of service. We are having to waste our precious time on a WEEKLY basis reporting this issue as Riverside seems incapable of resolving it and appears determined to inflict misery on residents. ACT now plse!!

31 days without a lift. Contractors are dumping rubbish in the stairwells, companies are refusing to do deliveries and someone had their medicine delivery sent back How much more will we be forced to endure? Emails are being ignored. Is this efficiency? Act. Do your jobs.

27 days without a working lift. We have to lug rubbish and recycling down stairs, carry heavy groceries across the building and suffer if we have large furniture deliveries. How much longer do we endure this misery? @LutfurRahmanTH @RiversideUK @RSHEngland @ApsanaBegumMP

@LutfurRahmanTH and @TfL could you please act collaboratively to sort out the exploding rodent population at the East India DLR Station and the surrounding area? Please and thank you! We will attach videos that explain our cause for concern.

@RiversideUK @LutfurRahmanTH @RSHEngland @ApsanaBegumMP Once again our lift on the south side has been out of action for almost two weeks. It breaks down at least once a month now. It's an inconvenience but Riverside carries on insisting on repairs rather than replacement. Why?

The South side lift is broken AGAIN! We will probably have to endure this misery throughout the Xmas break as average waiting time for repairs is over 3 weeks. What will it take to get you to serve residents responsibly?@RiversideUK @ApsanaBegumMP @LutfurRahmanTH @guardian

@RiversideUK It's all the residents of EC who are affected and are annoyed at having to endure another day of inconvenience because you refuse to listen when we tell you that the lifts have reached the end of the road and need replacing . @RiversideUK needs to act and sort this mess out!
