@angryasian my experience with alloy press fit cups, they tend to be oversize, pushing them into a metal frame compresses the cup which in turn compresses the bearing and leads to creaking. In carbon frames the BB shell just expands.

With a 5-year-old, the milestones come thick and fast, but today's was special. My son got his first bout of man flu. All the classic symptoms were there: 1. Rapid deterioration 2. Loads of self-pity 3. Unable to get out of pyjamas 4. Anchored to the couch 5. Possible death
