@kulula @wasim_d @wendyknowler No one responds to emails, you can’t get through via the call centre. Reading all your “copy paste” replies offers absolutely no further information or clarity. I cannot rebook online, and even so, rebook to what date? You are unable to operate until an indeterminable date.

@kulula Hogwash. This means, NO PENALTY but client PAYS fare difference. Clients MUST be able to rebook regardless of fare class. Least you can do given consumers have been inconvenienced due to your #safety inefficiencies. #CAA #kulula @wendyknowler

@kulula @FlySafair Obviously. There was no difference in fare price. And why have an online management system if it doesn’t work- ever. I’ve been trying to change my ticket for 3days now, is that decent service in your opinion?

@kulula cant change my flight via your online platform. I spent over an hour waiting to speak to an agent PLUS you charge me for a ticket change even though I paid for a ticket which allows 2 free changes? Thanks for reminding me why I chose to fly with @FlySafair in the past

I'm very, VERY excited for the women's Paris Roubaix. The race is not covered from the start, so we'll have the last ∼60km live on GCN+/Eurosport. If there was more, we'd take it. The more of us that watch it, the more likely it is that ASO will cover the full race next year.
