Eh... as much I would like to believe this, Trump probably pushed for this just in time for the Nobel Peace Prize nomination in a few days.

@HighStakesCap Iran does not want nukes but was using enrichment to get a deal out of sanctions. It is haram for them to have nukes
They had already agreed to inspections from IAEA and USA during the recent negotiations
Them having a nuke would give usa the green light to nuke them
